We truly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Palace Hotel. Most of all we liked the cleanness, the design and the friendly staff. Even more, they upgraded our room free of charge and a glass of wine ( which we didn’t open because we are born again christians and we don’t drink alcohol BUT, we appreciated a lot the gift and for sure we’ll come back). I was very happy and because the hotel was spotless clean. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast ( fresh and quality food) and the lunch was amazing as well. Thank you. Fantastic welcome; the room was large, very clean, a lovely hand written personalised welcome note was on the table. The bed was fabulous and I slept like a baby! Access to the hotel was easy and the hotel has a decent size car park; I found a space just outside the main entrance. The reception staff was extremely nice; I wanted a large bottle of water around midnight and they found one (rather than two small ones).

They gave us an upgrade from standard queen room to junior suite room and a complementary bottle of wine, this was appreciated. The rooms are ok, the beds comfortable we slept very good and the breakfast is good if you get a better price by booking the breakfast inside the price of the room, otherwise 70 RON per person is not cheap but ok. Overall it was a good stay, and a lot of room to safely park your car.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was comfortable, I received an updgrade to my original booking and it was more than ample for my needs which were business related. The location is very central so convenient. The food was excellent in the restaurant and good value for money. All round I would recommend and would stay again.

The difference between a good and excellent hotel is the management. It can make or break any establishment. All the shiny modern fashionable design elements and interior is meaningless if there is a poor management and staff behind it. This isn’t the case at Crystal Palace Hotel. The staff and management is extremely professional, well mannered and on top of their game. A truly 5 star service. My best regards to the whole team. Will be back!

This is an excellent hotel with even more excellent staff. Everyone is so helpful and polite so I was really happy with my stay. Even one of the nights when they had a very low occupancy, they made me custom eggs and bacon because they didn't have a full hot buffet out, very nice touch and thoughtful. Even if it's a bit out of the center it doesn't really matter with a metro close by and very efficient Uber in the city.
